We had a wonderful mother/daughter day today. Usually when we go places Allie likes to invite friends but she said this morning she wanted it to be just the two of us. Honestly I feel truly honored to be picked. The weather has been great here so walking around beautiful Cameron Park zoo was relaxing. We left the zoo and went straight to the museum for a tea party they were giving. We met friends there and sat with them. The tea party was fun but far from the "lady-like" behavior I believe they were going for (there was a fight between three girls over the last frosted cookie in the buffet line- no one we knew of course!). After the party Allie wanted to stay and visit the rooms with her friends. We went to the new tea room- Aunt Blanche's Tea Room and played for a long time. It really is a little girls fantasy playroom! I highly recommend it.
