Proud Moment

I know there will be many proud moments as Allie grows but I was really amazed at this one. Last week Allie's allergies were bothering her so she stayed home from preschool. They were studying transportation so Allie and I played school at home. I pulled out some of my school flash cards and was quizzing her on types of transportation. The cards had pictures of different types of transportation with the words underneath. We came to this one picture and I thought she would just say boat but then I heard her sounding out letters. Then she said, "motorboat." That was correct and very unexpected. I was so proud. She is becoming a very good reader!! Allie wants me to type that she is proud too :)
