Kite Day!

Today was kite day with dad at Allie's Preschool. All the dads were invited to come fly kites with their kids. As I was dropping Allie off this morning, I told her that daddy would be there soon and then I was going to come up there to take pictures. The immediate response that I got was, "Mom, NO! It's for dads ONLY!" I wasn't offended and planned to come anyway! When I got there they were already flying the kites. Allie took her new Barbie kite that she got from Erika's birthday party. It was an absolutely beautiful day to fly a kite! It was extremely bright and difficult to see the screen when taking pictures but I did manage to get a few. The kids also were asked questions about their dad and I think Allie knows her dad pretty well~~
