We absolutely LOVED Vacation Bible School this year!! Not that we haven't the other years but Allie loves to sing and Blake had a blast! Our curriculum this year was Backstage with the Bible by the group Go Fish. Our church always seems to outdo itself when it comes to events like this. Vacation Bible School is a great outreach tool and I am glad that our church sees it as a huge ministry to the community. On Thursday during the week Go Fish came to our church for a concert. Since I was a floor coordinator this year, Tonya Hatfield saved us some seats up front ~ VIP seats. Blake just thought this was awesome! I have to say, this group of guys are pretty amazing. I wasn't looking forward to loud music, lots of kids, and a late night on Thursday during VBS but I am soooo glad that I went! We bought CD's (thanks Carrie Lynn) and stood in line to have them autographed. Blake also wanted his VBS shirt signed by the guys. Blake left on cloud nine having enjoyed a concert and meet the singers. It was hard to get everyone down that night. I'm so thankful that our church gave us this opportunity!

That night was soo much fun!! I'm glad that Blake and Blaine were able to "rock out" together. I have some additional pics to forward to you.
